"When I started Sierra Fitness nearly 15 years ago, my vision and goal was to offer a fitness facility for individuals who want a non-intimidating environment that provides them with expert personal training. While appearance is a driving motivator to exercise for younger people, I realized there were few facilities who met the needs and goals of individuals with true health concerns interested in disease prevention and wellness."
